Hello, my name is Spriha Dharan and I am a student interested in holistic wellness and mental health. I enjoy incorporating healthy practices into my life with an emphasis on the interconnectedness between mind, body, soul, and environment. I hope to use this platform to delve into ancient eastern medicinal practices, debunk health myths, and explore how we can combine spirituality with art, to live healthier more meaningful lives. Mind

As mental health concerns increase, it is important to learn to develop healthy skills that restore the mind-body connection, and clear our energetic vibration.

Body

A pivotal aspect of wellbeing, the body is a vessel of energy: what you put into it is just as important as what comes out. Whether its incorporating daily exercise, engaging in ayurvedic healing practices, or exploring acupuncture, there are so many ways that we can learn to care for this vessel.

Soul

A nonphysical manifestation of who we are, the soul is our energetic field. It is affected by what we consume, our attitude, and our thoughts. It’s important to feed our soul’s passions and nurture our creativity on a daily basis so that we can align with our true purpose, and learn to help others.
